NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER

This graphic processor was added to the list of supported cards just under 2 years ago and everything was fine. Then just under a year ago Prem Elements (2021) suddenly started saying it was detected but unsupported. Community Professional Ann Bens solved the problem by telling me to add it to the list here:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Premiere Elements\19.0\Online\Hw Acc Render\All_Lang\HW\Files\allowlisted_cards.txt

Now nearly a year on it has become unsupported again!! Any help greatly appreciated

Have you done a program update? (2021 is now at version 2021.4)

Have you checked the text file?

Yes, it's all up to date

If you updated to 2021.4 you MAY have a different text file that you need to edit again

It is still listed in the text file:
