Ordering images for import to Premiere Elements

Is there a way to organize images in Photoshop Organizer so you can import them in the same order to Premiere Elements.  I can see where you can order images in Organizer, but when using Add Media in Premiere Elements, the Organizer order is not viewable or presented as a sort option.  The lack of presorting is frustrating, expecially when working with a large set of images.  I might be missing something and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I rarely use more than one image at a time, but have you tried naming with a number at the start?

001file 002file 003file and so on
