PE 15 Installation Issue Follow up

My previous post stated,

When reinstalling PE 15, from disc, I get the message to install Adobe Support Advisor, because  "Installer failed to initialize". I am using Windows 10.

I am not able to find in Adobe Downloads, Adobe Support Advisor thus I could not try using it

I was able to remove both OOBE files;as recommended however that did resolve the issue.

Is there a way to do a total uninstall of Photoshop Elements 15 and Premirer Elements 15. I trying to uninstall and reinstall to solve a PE 15 issue.

Also, is there a way to respond to Adobe replies, rather than start a new discussion?

You can respond to our posts by clicking the Reply button following any post on this forum. It's actually preferred that you continue your discussion in the same thread as opposed to starting a new thread, as you've done. Otherwise it gets very confusing trying to follow several threads.

For the most part Adobe does not respond to posts on this forum. This is a user to user forum.

Adobe does not offer free technical support for older versions of the program.

Meantime, you can try the Adobe Creative Cloud Removal Tool. (It works for the Elements programs too.) it's very good at removing gunk from uninstalled programs.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
