piste audio non utilisable

Hello,

On Adobe Premiere Elements 2020, I can't use certain audio tracks offered by Adobe. In this case there is no longer a blue strip and I cannot insert them into my video project.

Can you post a screen capture of the program to this forum? I think I know what is going on, but it will help to see what you are seeing.
