Polaroid Cube No Video in Premiere Elements

I have a Polaroid Cube+ and sometimes when I open video in Premiere Elements it works fine, other times it only opens my video as an audio file.  Here's the file info for a file that doesn't open properly:

You didn't provide any information about your version of Premiere Elements or the computer it is running on.   So without knowing that, everything is a guess.  My first is that, as large as your file is, you are running out of disk space or memory.
