I've been using Premier Elents 14 on my new computer for over a month but today when i opend it says that my serial number is invalid and that I should contact support. I did contact them but they coulden't help me

Do you have your serial number? Did you try a basic reboot? Can you log out and back in to your Adobe account?

Adobe support will not help with such an old program
Did you buy from Adobe or a different vendor?
Did you buy the disc or via download?
