Meine PC Daten:

Motherboard: ASUS P8B75-M

Intel Core I7 3770 3.4*4 ghz

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 OC 6gb

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Did you reinstall your PC with the same OS as before or did you reinstall with WINdows 10 whilst previously using e.g. WIN7?

Given that PE11 is several years old I'd be uncertain wether it would work with WIN10.

No I had Win10 installed when it came out and it worked without any problem. I also tried to install dx11 again and reinstalled premiere.

Is there an error message? If so, exactly what does it say?
