Premiere Elements 14 launch issue

Hello,

For the last week I have been unable to launch Premiere Elements 14. I keep getting the bad image message below. I have already done a re-install. It launched correctly straight after and then I had the same issue again when I tried to launch it again later the same day. I am running Windows 10.
