Premiere Elements 2018 to 2021?

I currently have Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 on my computer.  Is it worth upgrading to version 2021?  Any noteworthy features or just minor tweaks?  My computer is Windows 10 latest version.  Thanks for any help.

Only you can determine if they are worthy of the price of an upgrade. The basics of the program remain pretty much the same.
