Premiere Elements 2019 crashes when exporting or sharing

I just purchased and downloaded Premiere Elements 2019, works perfectly for editing, the issue is every time I try to export or share the video it crashes and I get a error that there is no authorization to save to that path. Yet there is no where I can change the path its trying to save to and I thought there should be options on how to share or where to save a video to but there is no options, just a button that says export or share. Here is the error I get on my Imac.

Software does me no good if I can't share the videos.

Anyone have ideas?

I use an iMac with PRE2019; so I have the same system as you do. I think the first thing you need to do is to get control of where you're saving your files.

1. Once you finish editing your video you want to click Export and Share:

2. Then choose Quick Export

3. Then select the Browse button to bring up the directory, choose the folder to export your file to, click the Choose button, and finally click the Save button. At this point PRE2019 will begin the render + save sequence.

4. Notice that the File Name and the Folder name are the same. They don't have to be, and you can change the file name to something more descriptive:

See if that works for you.

Thanks for assistance, but still no good.

Unfortunetly the second I click on the Export & Share button it crashes with that error box I showed on the posting. I can not even get to that 2nd box where the options are. I have even tried to change all other paths that are allowed under preferences in Elements but to no avail and none of those options have anything to do with the default saving location.

I am at a lost, should be easy.
