Premiere Elements 2020 continues to freeze up

Premiere Elements 2020 continues to freeze up. I can even walk away from the computer and return in an hour and it is still frozen. I have had to reboot my machine three times on this one project in order to unfreeze it and every time I loose what I have done.

When it is working it is very very slow to respond most of the time.

I have wasted hours today trying to get one simple video done.

You have the current version. Start an online chat session with Adobe techs. Go to the Help Menu, select "Online Support". Click on the icon in the lower right corner to initiate the session.
