premiere elements 2020 plugins

hi does anyone know of any plugins for transitions / titles

i have found some third party for the pro version but no joy with elements or will the plugin also work on elements 

any advise i'll be greatful

Many versions back, I think I recall that NewBlue had a few.  But, I've not found any recently mentioned here or anywhere else.  Google searching doesn't yield any plugins either.
