Hello there,

is the (downloadable on demand) music and sound FX library provided within Premiere Elements free for commercial use? Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about that anywhere. Maybe someone can help me out. Thank you!

Yes, the audio tracks and Scores music clips are royalty free. You can use them in any production, even a work for hire.
