PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2021 - When Importing MP4 Videos, Premiere Elements 2021, Unsynchronize Audio and Video. How to solve it? Without doing it manually, naturally?  Thanks

If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate
