Premiere Elements 2023 is an Upgrade?

Well I hope I'm wrong, but the first thing we noticed after purchasing 10-Elements 2023 licenses was that burning to DVD is gone.

The second thing we noticed is that most of the Audio FX are gone.

This is an upgrade?

Why does it appear that everytime you upgrade Adobe, you lose features?

DVD authoring/burning has gone.

And yes, more features were taken out than put in.

Its more of a downgrade, imo.

If you don't like it, ask for your money back and stick with 2022.

Thanks Ann. I knew you would give me an answer. Unfortunately, (not really) I went through

TechSoup. Since like a moran, I wiped 2022 off our computers? can I still get it. I still have the registration codes.

You can still download 2022 (then save the download to a drive/disk/whatever)

I am so frustrated created a beautiful graduation video for nephew in 2023 Pr elements only to find I could not burn to DVD AND... I can't find how to create Video Menus.  Used this software years ago but their upgrade has removed the simplicity of the Pr Elements in creating videos.

If anyone can tell me where to find the "tools" then Menu bar please do in 2023 version.  I am so frustrated after hours on this video.

No video menus no DVD.

You can export your video as a single file (e.g. mp4) and put it on a flash drive.

or

You will have to find a dvd authoring program to make your dvd.

Agreed! WHERE DID THE AUDIO FX GO??????? Not even reverb! And now when I use videomerge I can't see the results until I render??? Adobe! Do you make elements worse and worse so we will be forced to switch to pro which we can only RENT???
