Premiere Elements 2023 shows NO video track

Hello,
When I import an MP4 video file into Premiere Elements 2023, only the audio track is displayed.
Who knows the solution?

Another way of asking John's question is to ask where did the source clips come from?

Thanks for your comment. The video files came from a Foscam C5M iP camera. I have now discarded this camera (my advice is never to buy this camera) and removed it from my system. This is not a technical solution, but it is a practical one.
