Having rescently purchased this program, I managed to get one project done, then it malfunctioned.

It is unable to play video fluently and at the proper speed, rendering it useless.

I have Pinnacle 25 , Blender, and Microsoft thahave no problems playing or editing on my computedr . Therfore thr Adobe program Premiere Elements is useless.

How do I get a refund.
