Help!  Does premiere elements (2025) have text crawl?  (and where does one find it?) thanks

No crawl only roll.

Select the selection tool and deselect the text in the Program monitor

Now you can make a roll edit.

You can of course keyframe horizontal movement into a title. But, no, the program does not include a preset for text rolling or crawling -- other than in some of the rolling credit templates.
