I recently purchased Premiere Elements 2022 and installed it on a new Dell Inspiron 16. It works perfectly when I install it and use it in trial mode, but once I enter the serial number and activate the software, it freezes constantly and I am unable to render or export the timelines I created in the trial mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but have the same issue - works fine in trial mode but not once I activate it. It doesn't seem like it is related to computer settings since it works fine in trial mode. What am I missing?

I am currebntly having the exact same issue running a brand new ASUS ZenBook.

After updating my graphics drivers to the latest versions, I was able to use Premiere Elements 2022 when activated.
