And it not open on Mac 14.0 (23A344)

Photoshop Elements works but not Premiere.

How do you get a assistance or a refund or should I simply cancel the credit card order?

Please confirm that you bought the package with both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.   Marketing can be confusing.  The Photoshop Elements opening screen has a choice for Premiere Elements that won't work unless you bought both.

Thanks, yep, purchased both. I think that Mac 14.0 is not compatible.

According to the specs it should work, but it don't. It only says, "* Loading Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Workspace..." then does nothing.

Adobe tech confirmed that Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 will not work on OS 14 but when Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 comes out they will sell it to me at a good price. "Good price"? What about the price I paid for Adobe Premiere Elements 2023?

Are you getting any error or crash when launching Premiere Elements? Also, please try launching Premiere Elements directly from here: /Applications/Adobe Premiere Elements 2024/Support Files/Adobe Premiere Elements

Yesterday I installed Premiere Elements 2024 and Photoshop Elements 2024 on my laptop and they both worked, I'm willing to use my laptop for this but now I have purchased Premiere Elements 2023, Photoshop Elements 2023, Premiere Elements 2024 and Photoshop Elements 2024 for use on my iMac and I only need one version, please advise. P.S. both my iMac and laptop are about one year old machines.
