Problème exportation vidéo 4K

Bonjour à tous,

J’ai un problème lors ce que je veux exporter une vidéo en 4K, j’ai téléchargé Adobe Premiere éléments 2018 et lorsque je mets cette vidéo dans le projet elle n’a paraît que dans la bande-son.

    I have my answer, when i recorded in 4K 60fps and 1080p 240fps resolution are H265 and adobe éléments is not compatible, only with H264.

    So i have just to convert this video.

    Please open your GoPro video in the free download MediaInfo. Set MediaInfo's View to Text and then copy and paste the MediaInfo report to this forum.

    GoPros use a variety of video and audio compression systems. We will need to know which this video is using.

    Are you saying that, when you add video to your timeline, you see video but do not hear audio?

    What model of camcorder is this video coming from and what format is the video in?

    No, when i add my video on timeline i have audio and not video.

    My video go directly on timeline audio and not video
