Problem with activation

Hello, I have a problem. After I installed Adobie Premiere Elements I have to register serial no which I received from the e-shop. After I fill the number and try to activate I can see the problem "please connect with the Internet and try again". 

 

Anyone could help me?

My guess is that there is a server or connection down somewhere.   It will probably fix itself in a little time.  If that does not work please try a session at help https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
