Problems with frame rate MP4 from PowerPoint

Hi,
I have made a lot of slideshows and sreenrecordings in PowerPoint. The results are MP4 files with 10 FSP. The quality of the screenrecordings are very good.
I would like to work with these files i Premiere Elements, but I have a very simple problem. When I export my video with frame rate 29,97 i get a video with a lot of flickering. Part of the video is fine, but sometimes not. If i change frame rate to 10.00 like my source files, i get a video with no flickering, but very poor quality.
Can anybody help me?

You might have to compromise cannot have both as PP is not really a good screenrecording app for further editing.

Might want to try to make the mp4 15 fps.

I agree with Ann. Recording in PowerPoint and editing in Premiere Elements is a very bad workflow.

I'd recommend recording your screen with either:

Camtasia, which comes with its own editor, or

CyberLink PowerDirector, an editing program that comes with its own screen recorder.

Thank you Steve and Ann for your advice. It's a pity that i dosen't work properly. I have to make instruction videos very fast sometimes, and it is very easy to record som slides og screenrecordings in PowerPoint, and get a fairly nice result. The slide- and screen recordings look pretty good before editing in Premiere.

But I lisent to your advice, and i will try a better screenrecoding program. Thanks!
