I would like to know if highschool students can buy Ps elem, premier, with acodemics?

What is the acodemics part?

I have heard that the premier in the package is just a trial offer

    Adobe makes its professional Creative Cloud software available at a special subscription price for students who meet the necessary requirements. I do not know of a special price for Elements programs -- though you should contact Adobe directly to find out. (You have posted to a user to user forum.)
