Project won't export Premier Elements 202w

I've never had this happen.  Only one clip in project & some png files. Already rebooted.  Help! Does Variable frame rate detected mean anything?  Earlier projects that were recorded the same have different general settings. How can I change?

What exactly happens when you choose Export & Share?

Thanks for your interest.  Sorry about the late reply as I was out of town.
It's funny.  It says something like Export failed.  But it loads to Vimeo!  And it doesn't save the mp4 file to my hard drive.  And yes, there is room on my hard drive.  Your thoughts?

The exact verbiage is this:

ERROR

An error occurred during the uploading process.  Please try again later.

This time, when I try to close the upload box, it says that it's still exporting and would I like to cancel.  But the video is already there on Vimeo.  Still no mp4.

What happens when you export and share an MP4 to your hard drive?

A little box with Export Failed when I try to export to the hard drive (that has plenty space).
