Premiere elements installation issues on Windows 11: Error 183

Many thanks - Fixed - my Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 install needed this Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86). Adobe could help their customers by updating their "Fix error 183" https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/fix-error-183.html with this fis if they are listening.

This package was already installed on my PC. And I had an error 183 when I tried to install adobe photo elements. I desinstalled this package and I installed it again and it works.
