Recover Adobe Premiere Elements Version 12

My computer came with Adobe Elements Premiere Elements Version 12 But my computer was hacked and had to be wiped clean.  How can I recover my product?

    -includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

    -you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

    You should be able to simply reinstall the program and then reactivate it.

    If you are not able to activate the product using your serial number for some reason, contact Customer Care via chat and explain the situation.
