Saccades d'images et de son systématique qui rend l'application inutilisable...

Bonjour, 

J'ai un problème d'images et de son sur Adobe Première Eléments... En un mot toutes mes vidéos saccadent sans cesse...

Ce qui rend l'application inutilisable. 

Le curseur sur la time-line fait sans cesse des retours en arrière, inexpliqués...

Le  "Rendu" est inopérant aisi que les différents niveau de visualisation "optimale ou moyen....

opérant ainsi que  etc"

Dans le menu aide je n'est pas accès à la ligne "Mise à  jour" qui reste grisée. Auriez-vous une réponse à ce problème?

Les techniciens de Dell ont Désinstallé puis Réinstallé l'application.... sans résultat.

Pour eux, c'est un problème logiciel.

Ma version Adobe Première Eléments 2021... 19.0

Mon ordinateur: 16 giga de mémoire DDR4 à 3200 giga hertz;

64Gig Ram and GTX 1650 MSI-GeForce-128-Bit-Graphics with 4 Gig video ram
nvidia STUDIO driver version 511.09 (NOT the Gaming driver)
motherboard automatically turned integrated Intel video off when installed GTX
TEAMGROUP 512Gig SSD for Windows and programs and usual MS Office Documents files
500Gig SSD Temporary work files and output when creating new video files
1T SSD Video and sound files from camera and other sources

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
