Hello, I'm trying to find a way to auto sync video clips to a music track beat.
This page *hints* that it's possible to do, but I can't find any instructions on how to do it:
"The Detect Beats button creates markers at the major beats in your soundtrack so that you can synchronize clips to beats."

This tutorial shows how it's possible to automatically match your clips to beat markers in Premiere Pro, but I can't find any way to do this in Premiere Elements. Does anyone know if it's possible?

There is only one way.
Select a group of clips in the Project Assets panel, right-click on them and select Create Slideshow.
Here you'll see the option to Place Images at Unnumbered Markers.
Although, I also recently played with this feature and it may possibly be disabled, even though the option still appears on the Create Slideshow panel. I'd love to hear if it works for you.
For anyone else reading this thread, you have to use Timeline markers for this to work.
"Beat detect" markers do not work for this. You have to manually set timeline markers to the music beats.

BTW, I'm using Premiere Elements 2019 and it worked perfectly on that version.
