text scaling too small

i recently got a 1440p monitor however the premiere text scaling is too small anyone know how to fix it ?

There is no way I know of within Premiere Elements. Earlier this week the same question was asked and (moderator) Steve Grisetti plainly said "No".

The only recourse is to try making some adjustments to your operating system graphics selections.
