Text Styles Missing on Premiere 14

The text styles tab in the menu is completely blank. The Text, Animation, and Shapes tabs are still functioning. I've tried closing down the program and reopening it but it did not work. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a way to fix it? Thanks.

Hello

I have suddenly had the same issue using Premiere Elements 14. After using the system for two years, suddenly no styles or ability to save a specific text.  Have tried the option mentioned that seems to have worked for others in the link above, but no joy for me.  Have checked for updates and they are all up to date.  Any clues as to how to resolve this?  It is so tedious changing each title in a long project. Thank you.

I am having the same problem in Premiere Elements 2024 running on a Windows 11 desktop computer.
I deleted the  files workingset and temporary_working_set  from the styles directory as suggested above, but to no avail.

I have the same problem after upgrading to Premiere Elements 2024 (Windows 10), works fine in Premiere Elements 2022.
