the motion titles in premier elements have started to move up screen only. are very sluggish when pulled down. any ideas?

when using the motion titles, there movement is sluggish and quite unresponsive. last night they were working 100%. now I can barely move them without them flying up screen and disappearing off screen. premier elements 15

    Have you tried rendering your timeline before and after creating your title?

    If you look under the program's Edit menu, what are listed on the General page of Project Settings?

    What operating system are you using? Which processor does your computer have and how much RAM?

    What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is the video?

    Have you tried rendering your timeline before and after creating your title?

    Hello.

    sorry for lack of info. here it is

    i'm using a processor-intel(r) core i5-6400cpu@2.7oghz 2.70

    installed memory of- 16.0gb (15.9 usable

    system type 64-bit operating system

    camera is a go pro 4 hero black

    Problem is this. Yesterday i was using the motion titles in typography and everything was well. then several hours later they became sluggish. Not moving down the screen when i gripped and dropped them. but moving up the screen to disappear at the top very quickly. i hadn't touched the settings as things were going well. i did do a system re install and things seem to have gone back to working well. any ideas if the problem returns. Classic titles worked through out with no problem
