Photoshop Elements Premiere 2020 -- In the past I could have a title page of a movie that showed the title and subsections of the movie. When clicking on the subsections, it would go to that part. After an update, I can't find it. Does anyone know what it is called and/or where it is?  Thanks.

Are you producing a DVD?  You have to be on a Windows computer.  It is under the Tools menu and called Movie Menu.  It will also come up as an option when exporting a video to disc.  There is no option to create menus like that for any other format.

Photoshop Elements Premiere 2020 -

By @Sam1

We are assuming you are using Premiere Elements (the video editor), not Photoshop Elements (the photo editor that can do simple edits of video).  There is no such program as Photoshop Elements Premiere.
