I changed my password for google. Being old enough to remember youtube and google not sharing a password, I then tried to upload through adobe premiere to youtube, forgetting that the password was changed. Ever since I have been getting the following error even after re-installing premiere.

How can I re-establish my connection to uploading via app to youtube?
Found the solution.
Edit>Preferences>Web Sharing...>[click on "Refesh"]>"OK"
You will be prompted to reauthorize next time you share. (Not sure if the three weeks down time made a difference or not.)
Thanks Ann Bens and whsprague for sharing your input with me.

Uploading to YT has always been on and off.
Just export as a mp4 and upload manually.

This is not an off and on issue, it resulted from a mistakenly forced upload from a non-logged in premiere to my youtube account.
Your experience with the premiere and youtube might be touch & go, but I've found it to be quicker and less choppy of an upload than manual upload. It's something I look forward to using the software for.
There is a specific error having to do with the credentials for my program. Possibly being flagged and denied due to the forced upload without a password, and likely has a specific fix. I was optimistic that someone at adode who is familar with the credential creation process cited in the error message might know how to reset or fix that credential.

This is a user to user forum. If you are using a current edition, Adobe staff will respond through an online chat initiated by selecting 'Online Support' from the Help menu. Then find the icon in the lower right corner and click it to initiate the 'chat'.
