Unable to start Premier Elements

I am unable to start Premier Elements 2020. It is working in the background but does not open on my PC. I was able to start it 2 weeks ago, loaded video onto it and it crashed. Have not been able to start it since then. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times and still unable to start it up.

motherboard automatically turned integrated Intel video off when installed GTX

500Gig SSD Temporary work files and output when creating new video files
