Update PSE 2021

I run update for PSE 2021, but it stopped with message: open file - restart computer.

After that I cannot start PSE or Adobe Premiere.

Befor that I lost all med Albums and Tags?

Only the standard Tags are left?

Is it possible that removing program, new install and restore dc

In the past, when the update did not work, I have read that some people have DE-activated the program to release the serial number and then UN-installed the program and RE-installed by downloading the current version... which contains the update

 

This is for Premiere Elements, you will need to ask in Photoshop Elements for that program

    I considered deleting and re-installing.  But was hoping there was an easier way.  I'll try this tomorrow.
