Upgrading Adobe Premiere Elements: Full License vs. License Upgrade

Hello community! I currently use Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 and I am considering purchasing (/ upgrading to) Adobe Premiere Elements 2024. Should I go for the Full License or the License Upgrade? Please explain clearly your recommendation, including the differences between the two (Full License and the License Upgrade). Cheers.

Both the upgrade and the full license versions are identical. They're both a full copy of the program. The "upgrade' is merely a special price offered to people who already own the program.

The current holiday pricing is $60.  Last I checked, the year around upgrade price was $70.   Maybe buy now and save $10?
