Old video files that need converted for clipped and I'm not sure Adobe Premiere will support them all with Windows 10. File types are AVI, DIVX, ASF, MPEG, WMV, MP4 and FLV. Can anyone tell me if these all work with Premiere?

Why not test them yourself. Then you know for certain which work and which dont.
If you do not have the program you can download the trial and use it for 30 days.
With all due respect, but doing some homework/testing instead of letting us do it for you could not hurt.
You can also check the supported file format list in the Help.

While you are following Ann's good suggestion, include the (free) program Handbrake in your analysis. Where Premiere Elements is an "editor", Handbrake is more of a "converter".
All of those file types are containers of video and audio parts. It is those parts that determine compatibility. It can be that an MPEG file from one source will work, but from another source it may not.
