Videos können nicht Premiere Elements 2020 importiert werden

Hallo zusammen

Ich nutze Premiere Elements 2020 und konnte bisher Videos vom Iphone importieren. Jetzt bekomme ich die Meldung "Allgemeiner Fehler beim Importieren" und kann diese Videos nicht mehr verwenden. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

Open the video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of this report and paste it to this forum.
