Adobe Premiere Elements automatically generates several folders and files when I create and save a project.  These include folders labeled as follows:

     Captured Audio

     Captured Video

     Video Previews

     Audio Previews

     Encoded Files

Do I need to keep all these folders and included subfolders and files?  If not, which can I safely delete?
