Why is my audio waveform partial?

I just 'upgraded' to elements 15, and I can't see my whole audio waveform. I kinda need to to be able to sync audios.

Even when I make the track bigger, it just expands the half of the waveform. The audio's there, sounds fine. Just can't see half of it. same in all the audio tracks.

What do you mean when you say that you only see half of your waveform?

Your screen captures show complete audio waveforms.

they're not displayed completely. but i just figured it out. right click on audio track on the left and choose the 'display full waveform'

option. never had to do that before.

I am having the same issue — but I cannot find the option "display full waveform" — I've Right-Clicked everywhere but I don't see it — can you help?

I still see a complete waveform in your screen capture.
