Adobe premiere elements 12 keep crashing on startup

Hi guys I haven use premiere elements 12 for a while but when I tried to start it up, the app just crash when trying to load some quicktime plugin. 

I had tried reinstalling it and visual programe but the issue still persisted. 

Hopefully someone here have the solution to it.

Assuming you've got Windows 10, do you have Quicktime installed, per the system requirements?

You can as an alternative installed Quicktime Alternative.

Just tried with your link the issue still remians.

I attachted a photo showing premeire elements loading the plugins before it crashed
