Default Mac Sequence Presets Location

Can someone let me know the location of the sequence presets on a Mac.

Under Windows I believe the default location is \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements [VERSION]\Settings\SequencePresets

In Mac Custom Sequence Presets are located in ~/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/12.0/Profile-username/Settings/Custom

and Default System Sequence Presets are located in /Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018/Contents/Contents/Settings/Sequence Presets/

Ah - just realised you've listed the paths for Premiere Pro.  I'm looking for the Mac paths for Premiere Elements.  Do you know those?

I don't have that installed on my machine, so I'm not sure.
