Try running "As An Administrator".  Right click on the launch icon to get the menu.

I am trying to convert the file to MPEG so it can be viewed on other devices, would that have something to do with it?

You title suggests you are burning a DVD.  Your last post says you are converting to MPEG. 

Would you please list the steps in your procedures and exactly what you are trying to accomplish?

Hello,

I am attempting to export a video.  I have selected COMPUTER hd 1080.  I get the same error as the person above: "do not have permission to create or delete output file"
I followed the instructions above to run the program as administrator, but I get the same error.  I am not trying to export to a CD.  I want to be able to attach it to a WhatsApp message.

Export to a local drive then upload to WhatsApp.

I will try this.  Am I going to have to do this every time I process a video?  Do you know why I got the error?

Ann,

I copied the file to a flash drive and then attached it, and it worked.  However, the beginning of the video is pixelated and weird.  I did render it twice, and I didn't see this happen when I watched in Premier..
