I'm unable to insert Scene markers.

I have premiere elements 2019 for MAC.

After I ^New click on MARKER (just above the Timeline), the following appears

BUT I want to insert Scene markers and should be getting the following

Please help

I'm not sure why that would be.

What happens if you right-click on the playhead?

There are no scene markers as there is no option anymore on the mac to make a dvd. This is windows only.

Really? There is no DVD authoring at all?! Wow!

Yes gone: one consolation it still has mpeg2-dvd in the advanced settings.
