Importing Apple ProRes 422 HQ into Premiere Elements 11

I can export to Apple ProRes 422 HQ from Premiere Elements 11, but when I try to import, I get an error message saying that it is not supported or need an additional codec. How do I get this codec for Premiere 11? Or do I just need to upgrade ?

Make sure you have quicktime installed.\

I dont know about E11, but later versions import prores just fine.
