Question

Length Limit on Videos to youtube still 15 minutes in PE15?

Just got stonewalled trying to upload a PE12 video of 24 min in length to YouTube because PE says it's longer than 15 minutes.  Apparently it has been a request for years to Adobe to increase this, as YouTube has no such limit.  Just checking to see if this got fixed in PE15, which I'd buy if it did.

Starting to see this is some kind of revenue generator for Adobe.  Another product to buy fixes this?

YouTube and/or Adobe DOES limit the length of video that can be uploaded directly from the program. But you needn't spend a penny to get around this.

Just use Export & Share/Devices/Computer to output a 1920x1080 MP4 and upload it through your browser. Assuming you've got an advanced account with YouTube that allows you longer uploads, it takes only a few extra clicks and takes almost exactly the same amount of time as a direct upload.
