Move forwards and backwards one frame at a time keyboard shortcut.

I'm trying to get more precise about editing.

In Windows I don't think left and right arrow keys are moving the time marker one frame at a time, more like 5 on the timeline.

CTRL + arrow key doesn't seem to do anything. Documentation does not appear to help...

Up until now I haven't cared about it, now I do... Any ideas?

Thx.

Zoom into your timeline as far as you can by tapping the + button on your keyboard. Once you're fully zoomed in, your left and right arrows will move the playhead one frame at a time.

Thanks.

There's no one press keyboard shortcut that avoids mucking around with zoom?
