My Actioncam Polaroid Cube+ creates .mp4 Videos.
Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 imports only the Audio Part but not the Video Part of the movies.
What is wrong?
Thank you for your help.
What are your camera settings? What are the project settings? Can you post a screen shot of the video file using Mediainfo
Here more Infos:
Camera Settings: Resolution 1440p at 30fps
and 4 screenshots...
Those basic properties don't give us enough information, markus.
Please open one of the videos from that camera in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy and paste the report it generates to this forum.
Thank you for the hint.
Here it is:
I didn't know the Tool MediaInfo.
Can you please also recommend me a good Media Converter?
Might be due to the codec used, slightly differents then the average mp4.. Elements afaik does not support this camera.
Run it through HandBrake first then import.
You need to choose a 1080P (not i) project.
You either need to scale the image down and have a black bar on the right and left side
If you want full screen you are going to loose top and bottom which i would choose. This way you can (re)set the horizon.
Thank you, Ann!
It works this way.
But actually I did expect, that Premiere Elements whould be able to handle my ORIGINAL Polaroid File...
