I was rendering a video, and for some reason, my mac restarted. My Premiere elements has not loaded since. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, removed all fonts and reinstalled, created a new user and installed, and it still will not load. Everything was running just fine before this.

I ran disk utility on the local drive, checked out. Media saved externally to a 4 tb drive, maybe a month old.

Let me back up, the program itself is loaded. When I click on it to fire it up, it bounces for a minute and then stops.

I've tried loading fresh, and opening saved projects and it just will not open.

There is something going on on your machine beyond what a user forum can figure out.  In the help menu is a choice for "Online Support".  It will connect you to an "online chat" with Adobe staff technitions that can remotely connect to and troubleshoot your system.

A computer that restarts itself is usually due to a bad driver or failing hardware.
